• The prevailing market rate for gold at the exact time of transaction

4. KYC & Compliance

7. Right to Refuse

• Items presented without proper KYC documentation
• Pledged or encumbered items without proper clearance documentation
• Transactions that appear suspicious or non-compliant

9. Pledged Gold

Gold Karo Cash does not release pledged gold from third-party lenders.
