Store visit questions

Do I need an appointment?

Generally no — you can walk in during business hours. However, if you have a large quantity or want to be sure of availability, WhatsApp us first.

How long does a visit take?

Most valuations take 30–45 minutes. If you have multiple items, it may take slightly longer. We do not rush the process.

Can I bring a family member?

Of course. Bringing a family member or someone you trust is always welcome.

What if I decide not to sell?

No problem at all. The purity check and valuation are free. There is no obligation to sell. We respect your decision.

Any questions before you visit?

Send us a message on WhatsApp and we'll help you prepare.
